A very pleasant good morning at that too. 7:16 16 after 7 o’clock. Michael is rather crowded in the studio. We had
some unexpected visitors. The hot coffee chapter of the Jean Valentino fan club has showed up.
Yeah, they brought some government keys and some crackers and we’re having a little party here. Okay, here we go crowd. Yeah, they’re here.
That’s good cheese, too. That government cheese. That government cheese is good cheese. Any cheese is good cheese if you ask me.
Yeah, we’re cutting the cheese up here and waiting on Jean.
Yeah, except from Except for from under cheese. But but anyway, hey, welcome Jean Valentino, the
Ayatollah of Pensacola, the Velvet Hammer himself. Good morning.
Good morning, everybody. You’re full of oneliners this morning. We’re off to a good start.
That’s right. So, you know, I had to start this out. You and I were talking during the break and I had to start this out this morning with a very interesting
post on X. Now, so you got to remember now back a while a while ago uh AOC had
something really uh kind of stupid to say which is not unusual for her. But there was somebody that posted this on X
and I caught it this morning. AOC has zero life achievements.
Elon Musk is not a scientist. He’s not an engineer. He’s a billionaire
con man with a lot of money. And so Elon Musk reposted this and he put he put star trillionaire.
That is funny because she called him a billionaire a few months ago. He’s now a trillionaire because well Starh what are
you? Which one? Starlink or Star What is it?
Well, you’ve got you’ve got Starlink, you’ve got Tesla itself, you’ve got the SpaceX program that’s leading this IPO.
I was right ready to chat with you about Iran and all the political dynamics going on this morning, but this hit me
over the head when I got up this morning and I realized this is the biggest news story uh in history for a long time
outside the the day-to-day uh rigors of these political antics in our world. You know, AOC is making fun of Elon Musk.
What she fails to understand is that Elon Musk’s 4,000 employees are now millionaires.
Yeah. So, who gives a hoot whether Elon Musk is a millionaire, billionaire, or
trillionaire? Leave the guy alone because he just made 4,000 people millionaires. Is she so stupid not to
realize the kind of um she’s more caught up in the anger of someone succeeding
and her not succeeding that she fails to realize the importance of an economic
system that succeeds when we all eat, when we all succeed, when we are all given opportunities to grow and prosper.
I don’t need your $10,000.
I need your uh interest in buying my ice cream cone at the ice cream store or dry cleaning operation or my restaurant.
Come in and buy dinner from from me or my operation at my restaurant. This these are the rigors of a good economy
where everyone survives. AOC slapped herself in the face again. I mean, it was only yesterday she turned away
25,000 jobs in the burrows in New York where she’s from up there.
The the Amazon saying, “The hell with you, AOC. We’re leaving.” And they and they walked away from a deal that would have really helped New York City
prosper. She didn’t want that kind of success in her own backyard. Stupidly, she pulled the uh rug out from under um
Amazon and they found better uh better pastures throughout the United States from which to work. I am so pleased with
this um Space X merger. It’s the first of its kind, folks, in American history. This
is an IPO, which means initial public offering, which means that when someone’s got a great idea like you and
me and thousands listening out there, and you want to get it to first base and take it to a higher level, you have an
opportunity within our economic system once you’ve proven yourself and gotten gotten to a certain standing to create an IPO through financial institutions.
This initial public offering for $1.7 trillion today is based on Elon Musk offering a
third of his of his operation at $135 a share. Tomorrow it could be500 a share
or $5 a share. your decision today if you want to go out and buy that stock, that stock for the first time is fixed.
And what Elon Musk said to Wall Street was, “Well, look, we’re not going to do what normal IPOs do and um let the
market go helter skelter in the first two days, two weeks. We’re going to I’m going to fix the value of the stock at
$135 a share. Why? because I got 4,000 employees that have worked their asses
off for me for a few decades and I want to make sure they have a opportunity to keep their stock once they get that
value at after 3:00 today or sell it if they want and cash out and take a million bucks. That’s what’s going on
around the nation with Elon Musk. you would um give your left arm to want to
be part of his operation today. Let me tell you, he has turned around and made the standard American citizen who was
what? Faithful and loyal. He didn’t have a production uh productivity quotient
that you had to follow to get this. You just had to be part of his team. and he rewarded his 4,000 si uh uh employees
today with an opportunity most employers could never do. This is all on the
frontier. Uh this is an this is how can I say it? The most expensive dream ever
sold to the American people. Today marks this historic moment uh when Main Street finally gets a chance to in invest in
the space race. Uh this is uh officially entering the greatest chapter of a new world. Uh Michael, uh space exploration.
Uh what this is what America’s all about. Small companies getting started
with a dream, having a great idea, and looking for a pathway to success. Hey O AOC, you think you could do the same
thing in Venezuela? You think you could do the same thing in Russia and China if you weren’t part of some cabal or uh
proletariat? You’d you’d be on the outside looking in. This is America’s chance for John Q and Jane Q public. Um uh it’s what our nation was founded on.
The little guy, the little guy having the opportunity. It’s called uh Horesio Algera wrote about it in his book, The
American Gospel to Success. It’s how you and I get a chance to to to make our
millions. And um this is what is at risk right now with these socialists, with
these Marxists. you want to cut your paycheck, you better hope government comes up and supports you because they
are um the AOCC’s, the Hakee Jeff, the Chuck Schumers and all of these crazies
are just conspiring to take out the American dream for you and me. And the
when the people wake up, uh admittedly I’m critical about this. Sometimes it takes longer than I like, but when the
people wake up, the door is going to swing back and catch them in the ass.
And these crazy socialists that have occupied the news the last 10 years, they’re going to be on the outside
looking in because you and your children are going to realize you almost lost opportunities that this America had uh
had given you to take advantage of. Elon Musk is a good example of it today with SpaceX.
You know, uh, Ronald Reagan, I think, said it best when he said, “A rising
tide lifts all boats.” That’s sort of an easy way, an analogy to look at how and
what is happening with Elon Musk. So, there’s no way Elon Musk said this the other day. The things that we want to do
with SpaceX, we could never do with our own money. We need capital to be able to do it. In other words, that’s right.
Build AI in space to build a base on the moon. This is going to require a lot of
capital that we would never be able to come up with. That’s why because somebody asked him, why are you taking this public? You’re making money. It’s a
it’s a big and and so that was his answer because we have to have all of these people that are going to invest in
this company put their money up so that we can do the things that we’re going to do. And let me tell you something, never bet against two people that I know of.
That’s Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
Oh, that’s for sure. Yeah. Hey, you’re buying you’re buying into Elon Musk’s vision. Uh Mars colonization,
global satellite internet, space-based manufacturing, the potential of future spacebased
commerce concepts. Our founding fathers who wrote a constitution for us didn’t have a clue what I just said. This is
all new frontier and somehow someway by the grace of God this document called our con our constitution
has survived and is elastic enough to handle the future uh changes that are
going on in the world. Uh I’m so excited about this uh uh I I can’t I can’t uh
it’s more than an IPO, Michael. Uh, it’s a vote on humanity’s future in space.
Investors aren’t buying yesterday’s profits. They’re buying into tomorrow’s frontier. SpaceX may be the first stock
where Wall Street is trying to uh price Mars, meaning outer space value on
visions of the future. Normally, Wall Street would price a stock based on cash flow and earnings and uh price earnings
ratios and the capitalization rate called the cap rate. No, not on this deal. This deal is so unique that it’s
going to transform the world as we know it. And uh uh I’m so excited about it
because hey, isn’t it no coincidence, small coincidence that Donald Trump made up with u Elon Musk during their little
spat uh some time back. And not only that, but Trump puts him on the Air Force One on his trip to China uh uh uh
when he was when Trump went to visit China recently. And um no, I think um I
was on a debate uh on a Newsmax on the Newsmax network with a very aggressive
uh left-leaning liberal uh person who hated Elon Musk and um was boasting
about the fact that his Tesla stock at $200 a share was going to swirl down the
drain in no value as these protesters were damaging his Tesla cars and uh and
and business operations. Well, folks, today Tesla’s over almost $400 a share, double what it was then. And now, what
is the potential? Here’s what’s exciting about this deal. What if SpaceX merges
Tesla into SpaceX or Starlink into SpaceX? These cap rate formulas, these
standards of how you value a company are going to go through the war, go through off the charts, which is unheard of in
an IPO from days gone by. So heads up, there’s a value today. It may be unforeseen what it could be tomorrow.
Yeah, we’re almost out of time. About 15 seconds left. But perhaps also we will get a lot of new knowledge about space
and Mars and all of these things because of this IPO that we’re talking about today could happen.
Yeah, the uh unidentified flying objects and a lot of new uh stuff. Good luck. We’ll find out.
We got to go. I’m sorry.
Time just goes by so fast. Thank you so much for joining us. Have a great weekend. Jean Valentino, the Velvet Hammer. Thank you, buddy. Thank you, buddy.
