Yeah. Uh, what does it mean to you to how neat you’ve been included in a lot of these great things this week. Oh, honored to be

Gene Valentino: part of it. Thank you for having me, Rita. This is, um, this isn’t, uh, my first IPO. It’s one of many, so I’m not surprised with the fact. That you’re going to see, uh, some corrections in the value of the stock, but it people buy into the stock a little bit, uh, uh, recklessly in the beginning.

But what settles down, which is the true determinant, is the [00:02:00] character and credibility of the management team, which Corey Lewandowsky was just referring to. Mr. Ruddy has. A vision, and he has taken this to a new Generation of broadcast journalism. Uh, we’re on parallel paths. It’s not just about old broadcast TV and radio anymore.

It, the social media side and the streaming, uh, is impactful and we, if we want to be prepared to address the next Generation, we better be in that market. And we are, and we’re, we’ve got a lot of confidence behind us doing it.

Rita Cosby: Yeah, it’s exciting and also such an important time right now. I think we’re talking about everything that’s happening.

Also the tariffs, your thoughts Really quick on how much you think as someone who’s a big business guy, uh, how much of this do you believe is sort of a negotiating tool, particularly for this president who often sort of throws it all out there? Uh, and then they kind of figure it out and. Often people come to the table with them.

Nobody does deals better than this President.

Gene Valentino: Well, [00:03:00] uh, you know, president Trump used, um, uh, the Moab mother of all bombs for isis. We are, the tariffs today are the new. New today’s chapter of Mother of All Bombs, the Moab is the tariff. We are doing it to shock the world that we’re back in the ball game again.

I don’t think it’s permanent. If the other nations are smart, uh, they’re gonna. Uh, seek a negotiated settlement. Uh, the Canadian leader, uh, uh, Mr. Ford has just announced that he wants to neutralize it and bring it to zero. No, no tariffs either way with the United States. That’s what Mr. Trump intended, and I’m so excited.

That it’s the art of the deal. And I like the Moab

Rita Cosby: uh, uh, parallel. Yeah, that’s a good one there. Thank you, Gene. We’re so thrilled to have you here today. Glad to be great. And I’m glad the glasses and my outfit coordinate. That’s very helpful. . You know, I wanna show, ’cause we’re looking at some of these images here of the Tesla [00:04:00] protests that are Oh, yeah.

Starting to take place. Uh, the one in DC Gene Valentino is hands off. Protests, there’s supposed to be 10,000. They’re just starting to gather there. You can see it there by, uh, the Washington Monument and everything else that’s happening. And there’s supposed to be about 500,000 total plus around the country.

What’s your reaction when you see these protests that are now getting underway in DC Gene?

Gene Valentino: Well, the PO protests in General against, uh, Elon Musk and, and Tesla. Uh, they, uh, seem to think it’s just fine yet, uh, they went absolutely berserk on January CI sixth over the, um, uh, with this indignation over what was peaceful protest at the capitol.

Here we’re watching today everyone’s on guard, making sure there’s no more violence against Elon Musk, uh, or Tesla in General. General, what I see is a right to protest. They have their [00:05:00] constitutional right to protest. But, uh, Elon Musk has a right to run a business, hire more employees, save astronauts from outer space without being encumbered.

And, uh, that’s my concern. Uh, their, their right to protest is peaceful and they should do it. All I can tell you is, is, uh, Tesla stock, but

Rita Cosby: stay peaceful

Gene Valentino: and stay, and Tesla stocks gone up $50 a share since all this protest nonsense began. It was supposed to tank.

Rita Cosby: Well, good news that, uh, people are buying Teslas and saying, we support this.

I wanna show, this is some news that’s just coming in. Um, we’re gonna talk about a truth social post. This just came in from the president. He said quote, this is an economic revolution and we will win. Hang tough. Uh, that’s his message about tariffs as we’re talking about businesses. Your thoughts telling people, just stay with us.

Here it is. We will make America great again. He’s saying the end result will be historic. Uh, as I’ve been saying, [00:06:00] short term pain, long term gain. What are your thoughts about sort of his economic plan and especially here he is talking about tariffs because people are worried when they’re seeing the stock market Gene.

Well,

Gene Valentino: stability is what leadership, what we look for in leadership, and that’s what we’re getting. We’re seeing stability, we’re seeing consistency, whether it’s President Trump at the national level or Chris Ruddy with newsmax, we’re seeing stability. That’s a good sign of leadership and growth and that’s where you put your money.
