Committee also looking into reports that
Michigan they have non-citizens in its
jury pools and on its voter roles. And
committee chair James Comr and also
Michigan Congressman John James are in
fact asking attorney general Pam Bondi
to look into Michigan’s Mcome County
where more than 200 non-citizens were
included in the jury pool for over a
fourmonth period and some were even
registered to vote. Now, that deadline
for answers, February the 17th, so in
about one week from now. Let’s bring in

Group, Matt Keelin. Gentlemen, great to
see you both with us. I mean, in
Michigan, the jury pool is drawn from
individuals who have driver’s licenses
and state IDs. So, there’s part of it.
Under Michigan law, if you apply for a
driver’s license or state ID, you’re
automatically registered to vote unless
you affirmatively decline. But, um,
Michigan’s not the only state with that,
Gene. This seems like Save Act is
definitely not only critical, you you
have to wonder um what happens if it
does not get through and the um stories
like this, how much we will hear more
states and more issues. Yes, Bianca.
This is probably the single most
important issue as it pertains to the
fundamentals of our democracy. Is the
Safeguard American Eligibility Act safe?
You couldn’t ask for a more
fundamentally logically justifiable
act to get passed. any Democrat fighting
it, uh, you might as well jump to the
conclusion that they’re trying to allow
illegal aliens to come into this nation
to vote for what the Democrats think is
the shoring up and securing of the
future of the Democrat party, which is
about to collapse because of this
recklessness now being revealed.
Matt, I’ll let you jump in on this.
Obviously, um, you know, what’s what’s
the problem with saying we only want
people who are citizens to vote in
elections? It’s it seems like such a
losing argument for the left, yet they
Yeah. Even in public polling, Democrats
are in support of the SAVE Act.
Democrats are in support of showing a a
valid American ID to vote. It’s just
Democrat politicians who are hoping to
gain the system as they have in places
like California and Michigan and other
uh localities where they are wanting
these people to vote. I go back to 2020
and after the election night was held,
Democrats were only saying over and over
again that every vote should count.
Republicans were saying that every legal
vote should count. That gives you the
clear distinction between the two parts.
They’re fine with counting as many votes
as possible as long as they’re for their
politicians. And Republicans want only
legal citizens who have registered to
vote and are allowed to vote to vote in
our elections. I think that’s pretty
All right, I want to talk and get your
reaction to this story. Um Mark
Zuckerberg and his new uh bunker,
billionaire bunker is the island down in
Miami. Um the billionaire tax, it is
very real. Wall Street Journal says Mark
Zuckerberg and his wife are buying this
uh mansion in Florida’s ultra exclusive
Indian Creek community. And uh we’ll see
it’s between$1 150 and $200 million the
the home. Uh people like Jeff Bezos and
Carl Icon, Jared Kushner and Ivanka
Trump are neighbors there. But you know
now seems to be a new trend that Florida
realtors are getting the boon from.
Yeah, I hope Mr. Zuckerberg can move
just as fast in convincing elected
officials to support the SAVE Act, but
the the the fact of the matter is this
is this is inconsistent. Uh you’ve heard
me mention it before, Bianca, we need a
constitutional amendment to take this
off the floor of bad behavior in the
United States Congress. That’s why we
need to do away with the filibuster so
that we can do the most important thing
and that’s to secure a constitutional
amendment with a majority in the House
and the Senate to uh ensure that the
ethicacy behind our voting process is
Yeah. The uh the the debate over that
and we know where President Trump stands
as well. Um, Matt, I’ll get your take in
our final moments here. Tener Senator
Ted Cruz weighed in on X on this uh
billionaire tax. Socialism sucks. Uh,
Listen, the state of Florida, the state
of Texas, state of Tennessee, these
states are growing because their
policies work. States like New York,
California, New Jersey, my old home
state, uh, are failing because people
will vote with their feet. They want to
be able to keep more of their own money
and businesses are going to continue to
leave those states. Billionaires are
going to continue to leave those states.
And one of the things that people of
those states have to understand, when
someone like Mark Zuckerberg leaves, he
takes all his tax revenue with him. So
their policies are failing the very
people that they say that they’re trying
Democrat politicians are failing the
very people they say they love. that
that the people too that are propping up
all the taxes that they pay. The
billionaires are, you know, the ones
taking the hit there. It’s going to be
interesting. Um, we saw a big exodus
from New York and now from Florida, I
guess getting to California. It’s great
