Processing & Delivery Timeframes

All estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed. Delivery times vary based on item availability:

In-Stock Items: Orders containing in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
Out-of-Stock / Backordered Items: Items that are currently out of stock or on backorder require additional fulfillment time. These orders generally take approximately 30 business days to fulfill and deliver.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or official holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking details after your label is generated.

Shipping Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Because order processing begins immediately, we may not be able to modify the shipping address once an order is placed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
